Dr. Low Dyoi-E is a Consultant Dermatologist accredited by the National Specialist Registry (NSR) and the Ministry of Health Malaysia at LiV Clinic, Bukit Jalil. Equipped with more than 20 years of medical experience and subspecialty Dermatology training completed in 2019, he brings extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing complex skin conditions in Kuala Lumpur.

Clinical Focus & Special Interests

With over two decades of medical experience, he has developed a strong clinical focus on inflammatory and immune-mediated skin diseases, including eczema, psoriasis, hormonal acne, hair loss disorder and severe allergic skin conditions. He is a recognised Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and renowned speaker in the Dermatology field, frequently sharing insights on advanced systemic therapies and biologic treatments for moderate-to-severe skin disorders.

His expertise includes personalised treatment planning using targeted immunomodulatory therapy and biologic agents for patients who have failed conventional treatment. Dr. Low is also actively involved in research collaboration with the Institute for Medical Research (IMR), Malaysia, particularly in the field of severe cutaneous adverse drug reactions and allergic skin diseases.
